Really quick update.
All units have left the factory and into the fulfillment network to reach your homes.
Here is a quick video.
The units have reached the fulfillment company safely today morning in Hong Kong and Shenzen.
Team Hyper Lychee will now work closely with fulfillment on ensuring that you guys get your products delivered to your doorstep as soon as possible.

Please go through the update and fill the Typeform, no matter what your selection, please fill it out as we need your consent to process your orders.
We will have to sit and manually e-mail everyone who does not fill the form in the previous update, so please fill this out.
There are a total of 2150 units from this campaign, and we have only 1537 replies, we need the remaining 613 people to respond to the Typeform.

FAQ's
Q: I opted for Project Happiness, when do I get my tracking codes?
A: Depending on which country you are in the tracking codes will be provided, US and EU get their codes once the units reach their country/region port and clear customs, whereas most of the other countries will start to receive their codes within the next 7~10 days itself.
Q: How much time until I get the product at my door?
A: Ocean freight usually takes anywhere between 30~45 days, but it is a challenging time we live in and there is no clarity on exactly how many days it will take for the ship to reach your port and clear customs. Once it clears customs the last-mile delivery is usually within 5~7 working days.
Q: I opted for Project Happiness, when do I get my coupon code?
A: We have not yet started giving those out, we will do so once we have the total Project Happiness count. We have to do this manually so please allow us some time.
Q: I opted for a refund, when will I receive that?
A: As mentioned in the video/update, we need to be able to sell the unit produced for you to the next buyer to recover the money and refund this will take time so please bear with us.
Q: I opted for project wait, do I have a chance of receiving the product by Q1 next year?
A: We would like to ship the units to you even before that if the prices come to a more manageable level, so be rest assured that as soon as the prices drop back from the surge we will ship your units out to you.
